I build high-agency teams by providing strategic clarity, not by micromanaging decisions. I trust senior engineers to execute.

I operate at the intersection of people and systems. Based in Kraków, I balance the screen time with real life. I'm a runner aiming for consistency over speed, a traveler planning the next trip, and — most importantly — a dad to two young kids. My wife and I believe in collecting experiences, not just devices.
